Booking My Tour
Our guide will warmly welcome you all at the hotel or airport then we’ll begin the drive to Sapa upstream of the Red River with spectacular scenery.
We arrive and have a Sapa local lunch full of specialties from the region. Next, we check-in to the hotel and then walk to Hàm Rồng for a great hike to indulge in the breathtaking views of Sapa city and Muong Hoa Valley. For the best photos, check out the Orchid Flowers garden, Heaven Gate and Cloudy Yard.
The evening is yours to wander around the town. Here you can check out the night market and the Stone Church.

After breakfast, we will take a short drive to conquer Fansipan by cable car. As we ascend you will see the most stunning scenery of Sapa then we’ll walk up by steps to visit the temple and pagoda with impressive statues. Upon reaching the top at 3241 metres above sea level, you will be greeted with an incredible view of the valley and mountain.
Back to Sapa Town for lunch where you will have the opportunity to explore the town during the day and find your own lunch. You’ll have the rest of the day and evening to experience Sapa at your own pace, relax at your hotel, walk around the town or visit Cat Cat Village to check out the French Station and the waterfall.

After breakfast we’ll check-out of the hotel and drive down the main road then hike through yawning valleys decorated with stunning terraced rice fields. Witness the most beautiful scenery of the valley as we pass through remote hill tribe villages.
Trekking is an excellent way to explore daily life and familiarise yourself with the cultures of the H’mông, Dzao, and Dzay people who populate the region. Share lunch with a local family and interact with local people before we make our way back to Hanoi.
Arriving back in Hanoi we check-in to the hotel and have free time for the rest of the day to explore the wonders of the colonial capital city.

After breakfast, we drive south roughly 100km to discover the amazing UNESCO Ecosystem and Biology reserved area, Trang An (where the King Kong film was shot). We take a Sampan boat through the caves of colourful stalactites and stalagmites and stop to visit the temples along the way.
Next, we have an optional lunch at a local restaurant then we visit our ancient capital, Hoa Lu with the Dinh King and Le King Temples dating back to the year 968 of the Ding Dynasty. We hike up the top through Mua Cave to enjoy the stunning panoramic views of luscious green hills and mountains. Afterwards, we drive to check-in at the hotel and have the remaining day free to do as we wish.

We start the day with breakfast then drive through the Red River to Hai Phong City where we’ll take the local ferry to Cat Ba Island. Along the way we will enjoy the most spectacular views of the islands and ocean.
After boarding the cruise boat and checking in to our rooms, we drift through the dream-like seascapes of Lan Ha Bay on a junk ship. Experience one of the most blissful bays in the world where you can do kayaking to discover the karst limestone islets, lagoons and stop on white sand beaches.
We’ll have lunch on board then you can relax or do more kayaking, the choice is yours! Enjoy the golden hour as the sun sets and the gentle sound of the sea breeze surrounds you.
We’ll have a group dinner on board and enjoy the evening together before sleeping in the tranquil night of Lan Ha Bay.

Accommodation: Overnight on Cruise
Rise nice and early to catch the sunrise or rest peacefully until it’s time for breakfast. We’ll eat on the boat as we cruise closer to the National Park with fantastic islands – The National park has an area of over 15,000 hecta, once there we embark on a biking adventure to Viet Hai Village for sightseeing and to learn more about local life. We’ll return back to boat to have lunch as we make our way back to Cai Beo Pier to take our bus to Hanoi.

- Pre-payment 100% (after services confirmed before guests’ arrival 30 days in advance).
- Deposit 30% (after services are reserved to guarantee the booking).
- Payment can be made by Bank Draft or SWIFT transfer payable to our Bank A/C.
- All Bank services charges will be borne by the payee.
- If payment is by credit card, an additional 3 or 4% will be added to our tariff rates.

Refunds or Cancellation:
- Tour and transfer deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received more than 20 days in advance. Hotel deposits will be refunded according to individual hotel cancellation policy.
- No refund for all flight fares after tour confirmation
- Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.
- No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T. who breaks the journey from the scheduled itinerary.
