Today you arrive in Hanoi, Vietnam’s bustling 1000-year-old colonial capital.

Welcome by your local tour guide at the airport and briefing about the holiday journey on the bus to Hanoi city.

After checking in your room at hotel, refresh yourself then head for a brief walking tour to
Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake and admire colonial buildings. Try local fresh Beer – Bia Hoi to observe local organized chaos traffic.

Today is yours, have breakfast at hotel, relaxing and later Afternoon enjoy easy walking and MR. Thien would like to meet you and walking for some highlights of old quarter and some BIA HOI -DRAFT Beers for reunion !

Free evening and relaxing

After breakfast, meet your guide and driver. We will take the countryside drive up north to Ba Be national park. Then passing through the mountainous province – Thai Nguyen, which is famous for green tea farms. We offer stops for fresh air and photography en route.

We’ll pass magnificent small mountain roads snaking throughout the hills in the Tay ethnic village of Cho Ra then go down to Ba Be National Park.

Have lunch in the local restaurant before we check in at your traditional stilt-house homestay in

Pac Ngoi village, where you’ll be welcomed by our friendly Tay host.

Go out for a guided orientation tour around the villages to enjoy the incredible nature and interact with the locals.

Have dinner with the host family and enjoy the tranquil night inside Ba Be National Park.

Accommodation: Homestay in Ba Be: We will stay at Ethnic People Family’s house. It’s basic and simple with a great local real-life experience for tonight’s homestay is shared accommodation, our whole group shares together a single big room in House on Stilts. With provided separate beds with clean linen, blankets, and mosquito nets, each sleeps in one. The homestay host also provides towers, hot water for showering, and Sandals. Please bring your walking or trekking shoes, Suncream Mosquito Spray… Take it easy, we embrace the Bizarre!

Enjoy the local breakfast, which may consist of noodles, pancakes, or an omelet.

Full-day tour in Ba Be, you will have the chance to explore its diverse and beautiful landscapes as you take a nice trek through the park. The guided tour starts by taking you to Coc Toc Village, be told stories about local Tay fishermen’s community and livelihood chance, before crossing Pelu Stream and navigating some steep terrain. The trekking tour would be a bit more challenging once you reach a higher altitude but your effort is greatly rewarded by magnificent views of the mountains.

Later on, you will stop in a H’mong village, where a picnic lunch and mineral water will be served for you. After resting, come back with your trek through the vast mountain ranges and valleys to see the stilt houses of the Dzao people and visit one of their local schools. You might want to bring some little gifts such as sweets, pens, and notebooks to give to the kids, which always bring big joy to the little angels. Passing a second H’mong Village before returning to your homestay by the lake. Enjoy a delicious dinner at your homestay and a relaxing night. Estimated trek: 12-15 km

The next day in Ba Be will offer you a morning visit to Hua Ma Cave by bike. Hua Ma Cave is a beautiful cave with its mysterious legend and impressive stalactites. All these stalactites were formed over millions of years. Hua Ma Cave is not only a must-see spot in Ba Be but also a meaningful site for those who research geology.

In the afternoon, we embark on a local boat cruising down the Nang River which is the main water source of Ba Be Lake. This exciting river trip will give us a true taste of the tranquil nature and countryside life of Ba Be National Park. We will pass the Puong Grotto before stopping at some nearby hill tribe villages and getting off the beaten track to the scenic Dau Dang Waterfalls. Return to the homestay for a relaxing night & dinner.

Have breakfast at the homestay before farewell to set on the drive to Cao Bang. On arrival, you spend your time on an excursion to Ban Gioc Waterfall. Share the borderline with China-Vietnam each has a half waterfall, Ban Gioc claims to be the best waterfall in northern Vietnam. Walk along the stream and get close-up beautiful photos of the fall scenery

At the waterfall, you can take a bamboo boat (optional with extra cost) to view the beautiful
scenery of Ban Gioc waterfall – one of the largest and possibly the most impressive waterfalls in Vietnam.

In the afternoon, the tour continues to visit Phat Tich pagoda and enjoy an amazing view and scenery. Later on, walk to Nguom Ngao Cave, one of the largest caves in the area. It has many fascinating rock formations decorating the walls and the ceilings which make you amazing for its beauty. Have dinner at a local restaurant.

After breakfast, enjoy your last morning in the mountainous province before heading back to Hanoi. The long road trip offers you the beautiful landscape of mountains, fields, ethnic villages, and lakes from the bus. You may wish to take a short walk around the village on the way back as a farewell to the incredible nature of the area.

Have lunch in a local restaurant and arrive in Hanoi in the late afternoon.
