Job Responsibilities:
• Handle all booked tours before, during, post to ensure tours run smoothly
• Booking all services of hotels, transport, guides, and service providers to ensurea smooth trip execution. Negotiations for the best rates
• Manage last-minute changes, special requests, and emergency support for travelers.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and travel stakeholders.
🔸 Requirements & Qualifications
✔ 2+ years of experience in inbound travel sales, tour operations, or related fields in Vietnam & Southeast Asia.
✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a passion for travel and customer service.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
✔ Experience working with international markets (North America, UK, Australia, NZ, and Asia) is a plus.
✔ Proficiency in CRM, email handling, and itinerary design.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
✔ A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.

- Saturday afternoon and Sunday are off

Job Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of active clients and prospects;

Communicating promptly with B2B clients/prospects with the utmost attention to detail;

Designing active itineraries for travelers across the globe while adapting to their unique profiles and requirements.

Offering in-depth and professional advice to clients on active activities for Indochina destinations. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to turn prospects into clients.

Delivering informative proposals with accurate quotations.

Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) to boost sales;

Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs and the satisfaction of clients;

Attending team meetings and training, continuously enlarging knowledge on active products in all involved destinations;

Implementing inspections and evaluations of active products.
Responsibility:

To undertake any activities or specific projects assigned by the Manager of the Company

Communicating in a timely manner with B2B, B2C clients/prospects with the utmost attention to detail

To define precisely the guest requirements and ensure that the guest service offered corresponds effectively to their requests
-
To provide after-sales service and ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously
-
To negotiate prices with the clients and be certified by the Director of Sales & Marketing, Products,and the Company’s director

To issue and confirm proposals in writing as a record

Identify and develop new transient market opportunities and strategies, aggressively pursuing the appropriate mix and type of business that will best achieve the Hotel sales plan and direction
-
Fully develop Transient market segments (Retail, Consortia, adventures, luxury agencies, leisure and entertainment market) and achieve room night and revenue goals for these segments
-
Empower the SRM (if applicable) to achieve and exceed their regional objectives
-
Communicate effectively with the teams and management
🔸 Requirements & Qualifications
The following characteristics are beneficial but not required; the most important is that you are able to adapt to our company philosophy and that you are willing to actively participate in the missions you will be in charge of.

Excellent English skills are a must, and French at an intermediate level.

BA or MBA in Foreign Language, Hotel & Tourism Management, or other related majors
-
Having at least 2 years of working experience in sales in the inbound tourism sector for Indochina, and working in sales of adventure is prioritized.
-
Good organization, email writing & teamwork skills.
-
MS Office knowledge (PC and Microsoft Software).
-
Good knowledge of foreign clients’ expectations and willingness to meet their demands is a plus.
-
Able to work under high pressure and, if required, overtime.

Flexible & open-minded.

Creative and passionate about working in the travel industry.

Motivation and energy to perform well and accomplish goals.
Training:

Specific knowledge: You will be offered intensive training on Easia Active products & services per destinations, which will boost your confidence with the knowledge & real experience to consultant more effectively to customers.

Skills: In low seasons, along with English course annually, several skills training courses are organized to provide you with the opportunity to practice & self – improve abilities.
