Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport at any time. Your AVT driver welcomes you with a name sign and transfers you to Le Jardin Haute Hotel in Hanoi’s central city area. After check-in, take time to rest, adjust to the time zone, and enjoy your first impression of Vietnam’s capital.
In the early evening, meet your AVT tour leader for a welcome briefing. We review the route, travel style, cultural etiquette, safety notes, money matters, and how the group will communicate during the journey. Start at the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where your guide explains the life of Ho Chi Minh and the importance of the site in modern Vietnamese identity. Continue to the One Pillar Pagoda and the Presidential Palace area.
Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university and one of the most meaningful educational sites in the country. After breakfast, leave Hanoi for Halong Bay, one of Vietnam’s most iconic natural landscapes and a UNESCO World Heritage site. The drive takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic. On arrival, board your selected 4-star cruise and begin sailing among limestone islands rising dramatically from emerald water.
Lunch is served on board as the boat moves deeper into the bay. In the afternoon, depending on the cruise program, visit a cave, kayak or row through a sheltered lagoon, swim from a beach, climb to an island viewpoint, or simply relax on the sundeck. This morning, drive northwest to the Cu Chi Tunnels. This vast underground network was used by Viet Cong forces during the Vietnam War and includes living areas, storage sites, field hospitals, and command posts. Guests may crawl through a short, enlarged section of a tunnel if they feel comfortable. The visit is a powerful way to understand resilience and survival behind military history. - AVT Travel reserves the right to adjust our prices if any changes in tax & gasoline increase in All Destinations.

Payment Policy:
- Pre-payment 100% (after services confirmed before guests’ arrival 30 days in advance).
- Deposit 30% (after services are reserved to guarantee the booking).
- Payment can be made by Bank Draft or SWIFT transfer payable to our Bank A/C.
- All Bank services charges will be borne by the payee.
- If payment is by credit card, an additional 3 or 4% will be added to our tariff rates.
- American Express / Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Refunds or Cancellation:
- Tour and transfer deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received more than 20 days in advance. Hotel deposits will be refunded according to individual hotel cancellation policy.
- No refund for all flight fares after tour confirmation
- Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.
- No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T. who breaks the journey from the scheduled itinerary.
