On this curated heritage walk, you will discover:

Banh Cuon (Steamed Rice Rolls): While typically a breakfast dish elsewhere, in the Old Quarter, it is an all-day delicacy. The magic lies in the live performance: witness the chef's skill as they steam layers of rice batter so thin it seems impossible. We will try a special Egg version right from the steamer.
Bun Cha (Barbecue Pork with Noodles): The soul of this dish is the charcoal-grilled pork—perfectly marinated and tender, never dry or burnt. Whether served in whole pieces or hand-rolled patties, it’s a symphony of flavor made famous by President Obama and Anthony Bourdain.
Nom Bo Kho (Papaya Salad): A refreshing, crunchy masterpiece with dried beef and fresh herbs that perfectly awakens your palate.
Pho Bo (Traditional Beef Noodles): To understand Hanoi Capital is to understand Pho. It is so vital that during the Lunar New Year, even with a house full of food, Hanoians will go "crazy" searching for a bowl of Pho after just two days of shops being closed. It is an obsession, a craving, and a cultural pillar.
Banh My: The world-famous Vietnamese sandwich, packed with pate, meats, and fresh pickles.
The "Bia Hoi" Experience: Sit on a tiny plastic stool, raise a glass of fresh local beer, and join the locals in a loud chant of "Mot, Hai, Ba, Zo!" while observing the fascinating street life.

Payment Policy:
- Pre-payment 100% (after services confirmed before guests’ arrival 30 days in advance).
- Deposit 30% (after services are reserved to guarantee the booking).
- Payment can be made by Bank Draft or SWIFT transfer payable to our Bank A/C.
- All Bank services charges will be borne by the payee.
- If payment is by credit card, an additional 3 or 4% will be added to our tariff rates.
- American Express / Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- Bank draft or cashier’s cheque to be mailed to
- Company cheques or personal cheques are NOT acceptable.

Refunds or Cancellation:
- Tour and transfer deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received more than 20 days in advance. Hotel deposits will be refunded according to individual hotel cancellation policy.
- No refund for all flight fares after tour confirmation
- Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.
- No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T. who breaks the journey from the scheduled itinerary.
