He considered himself an English teacher, which was his original plan for life. He also combined his experience of travel passion as a tour guide, trip leader, and CEO (Chief Experience Officer)  throughout Vietnam and Southeast Asia since 2004.

For over 15 years, he has worked in the Tourism Industry for different International Tours and Travel companies (Vietnam tourism, Travelindochina, Wendy Wu Tours, Onthego Tours, National Geographic Journeys, and G Adventures) and he loves his job so much!

Since 2014, Mr. Tim Pham has worked and cooperating with the well-known global travel company -G Adventures and National Geographic, setting up all exclusive trips in Vietnam and Indochina, plus Thailand for thousands of travelers 

He has many friends around the world and many of these have become like a second family to him, he has a wonderful wife with 3 children, so he knows what people want from their travel experiences. Travel is not only about seeing or exploring beautiful landscapes or relaxing on white sandy beaches, it’s not just another holiday. It exposes you to new cultures, religions, and communities that you’d never encounter at home, so travel is the best way to change people’s outlook on life, create happiness and a community to make our planet an even more beautiful place, a place where we ‘embrace the bizarre’!

• In 2001, at the early stage of his career in the tourism industry, Mr. Tim started as an English teacher to teach and share his passion for English with his beloved students, combining hobbies in English he worked as a teacher, an interpreter, salesman, Manager of the restaurant

• In 2004, He realized that TRAVEL is his real love, he started working as a tour guide and tour leader running all kinds of tours all over Vietnam.
• In 2008 Entered the world travel market: He organized group tours and private tours in Vietnam, Indochina, and Thailand for customers from all over the world

• In 2009 We started setting up many Package tours throughout Vietnam, especially Canadian, and American groups, and organized many other unique trips for thousands of international and domestic travelers

• Since 2014 we have been the leading professional DMC and professional Tour Operator, AVT Travel, with head office in Hanoi,
• We have been working directly with OTA-G Adventures, National Geographic Journeys, On the Go Tours, Wendy Wu Tours, Travel Selective, Travel Indochina, and many other international travel agencies, setting up more representatives in Canada and USA to create the most enjoyable holiday for travel lovers all over the world.
